【Background】

A healthcare product manufacturer was considering expanding into Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines as part of its business expansion strategy. Although the manufacturing was overseas, they lacked experience in foreign sales.

【Approach】

They originally wanted to do market research only. However, after hearing about their current situation and future goals, we proposed a more effective solution.
