Research on OEM Manufacture in Beauty Appliance

【Background】

An inquiry from a company that manufactures OEM products in China, now looking for new factories in Vietnam and Indonesia. They have done some results on their own and contacted the locals, but were having problems with ①the limitation of gathering information in English ②not receiving replies to their English inquiries, as the two countries are using their local languages mostly.

【Approach】

We formed a mixed team of Japanese and local staffs to carry out the following process in three weeks:
