On September 1, 2026, Technology Seed Incubation Co., Ltd. became part of Tsucrea Co., Ltd. Everything we have built together carries on there — with a broader team and greater reach.

さて、弊社ティーエスアイ株式会社は、2026年9月1日をもちまして、株式会社ツクリエを存続会社とする吸収合併により解散いたしました。
これまで手がけてまいりました事業は、すべて株式会社ツクリエが承継し、これまで以上に幅広い体制で皆さまのお力になってまいります。長年にわたり賜りましたご厚情に深く感謝申し上げますとともに、今後とも変わらぬご支援を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
